You can request permanent deletion of your Intlo account and personal data at any time.

Send your request
Email support@intlo.in from the email address linked to your account. Use “Delete my Intlo account” as the subject.

Confirm your phone number
Include the mobile number registered with Intlo. We may contact you to verify that the request belongs to you.

We process the deletion
After verification, we will delete or anonymise your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal, security or transaction purposes.
What will be deleted
Your profile, saved addresses, preferences and other personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised. Some order and payment records may be retained where required by applicable law, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
