Phone Number and Authentication
Your phone number is used as your primary identifier on Intlo. We use it to verify your identity, send order updates and communicate important service information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Delivery Address
Your delivery address is used solely to fulfil your orders. It is shared with the relevant restaurant or store and the assigned delivery rider only for the purpose of completing your delivery.
Order Information
We retain order history to help you track past orders, resolve disputes and improve our service. Order data may be shared with the restaurant or store that fulfilled the order.
Location Information
We may request access to your device location to confirm whether your address is within our service area. Location data is not stored beyond the session unless you save a delivery address.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Intlo does not store your full card details. We retain transaction references for order records and dispute resolution.
Analytics
We may use anonymised analytics data to understand how the app is used and to improve our service. This data does not identify individual users.
Notifications
We send order status updates, delivery notifications and important service announcements. You may manage notification preferences within the app.
